Financial operation
Financial operation - transactions and other actions by citizens or legal entities involving financial means regardless of their form and method of implementation, related to the transfer of ownership rights and other rights, including operations involving the use of financial means as a means of payment, including:
a) import and delivery to the territory of the state, export and delivery from the territory of the state, as well as transportation and delivery within the territory of the state;
b) making international money transfers to the territory of the state and from the territory of the state;
c) obtaining and providing financial loans;
d) transfers, including within the state, of interest, dividends and other income from deposits, investments, loans and other operations related to the movement of capital;
e) non-commercial transfers to and from the territory of the state, as well as within the state, including amounts of wages, pensions, alimony, inheritance, as well as other similar operations;
e) translations in payment of ownership rights to buildings, structures and other property, including land and its subsoil, which according to the legislation of the state where they are located are classified as real estate, as well as other rights in real estate;
g) investments of funds into the charter capital of organizations with the aim of earning income and obtaining rights to participate in the management of an organization;
h) acquisition of securities;
i) other transactions and actions by individuals or legal entities, regardless of their form and method of implementation, concerning the acquisition, transfer, payment, transmission, transportation, mailing, conversion, exchange, storage of financial means, property, as well as the certification or registration of such transactions or other actions
