Cross-border trade in services - the provision of services (performance of works), including the production, distribution, marketing, and delivery of services (works), carried out by the following means: from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of a foreign state; from the territory of a foreign state to the territory of the Russian Federation; on the territory of the Russian Federation to a foreign service recipient; on the territory of a foreign state to a Russian service recipient; by a Russian service provider without a commercial presence in the territory of a foreign state, through the presence of himself or persons authorized to act on his behalf on the territory of a foreign state; by a foreign service provider without a commercial presence in the territory of the Russian Federation, through the presence of himself or foreign persons authorized to act on his behalf on the territory of the Russian Federation; by a Russian service provider through a commercial presence on the territory of a foreign state; by a foreign service provider through a commercial presence on the territory of the Russian Federation
